1. Smoke removal system design

We develop natural and mechanical smoke removal systems for various types of facilities: warehouses, shopping centres, logistics complexes, and manufacturing plants.

After providing the initial data, you will receive:

  •     professional division of the facility into smoke zones;
  •     optimal location of ventilation lights and smoke valves;
  •     selection of cross-section, air flow and type of activation system;
  •     a complete set of engineering and aerodynamic calculations;
  •     drawings of connection nodes, technical specifications for structures;
  •     BIM models of smoke extraction systems for integration into your project.

 

2. Designing tanks for fire extinguishing systems

We select and calculate tanks for fire water supply in accordance with the requirements of DBN, EN, NFPA, and FM Global.

You get:

  • selection of the optimal tank volume (up to 3 alternatives);
  • control calculation of the useful volume;
  • selection of piping and fittings;
  • drawings of the tank and connection nodes;
  • selection of heating, level control, and remote monitoring automation;
  • recommendations and, if necessary, design calculations for the foundation;

3. Selection and design of pumping equipment

We select pumps and design firefighting pumping stations in accordance with the specific parameters of the facility.

After receiving the initial data, you will receive:

  • selection of pumps with optimal flow and pressure;
  • hydraulic calculation of the system;
  • consultations on the layout of the pump;
  • drawings of pumps, piping assemblies, and control cabinets;
  • selection of automation and control systems;
  • BIM models of pumping equipment;
  • f necessary, a piping diagram of the pumping station.

 

4. Design of fire alarm and aspiration systems

Our engineers design and support addressable and non-addressable fire alarm systems, as well as aspiration systems for early smoke detection.
Aspiration — what you get:

  •     a diagram of the aspiration pipe layout (or axonometric projection);
  •     detailed equipment specifications;
  •     a commercial offer with pricing.

Fire alarm systems — if the project already exists:

  •     re-selection of equipment from our range;
  •     issuance of specifications and commercial offers;
  •     equipment available in stock;
  •     assistance in programming and commissioning.

Fire alarm systems — new project:

  • technical advice and equipment selection;
  • provision of connection diagrams and technical descriptions;
  • assistance in design and verification of specifications;
  • issuance of final specifications and commercial proposals;
  • support at all stages — including commissioning and testing.

 

5. Diesel generator sets (DGS) for fire protection systems

We select, document, and integrate DGS to provide backup power for fire extinguishing and automation systems.

You get:

  • selection of DGS taking into account starting currents and loads;
  • a complete set of technical documentation;
  • selection of the optimal configuration and manufacturer;
