The Natron Gateway WE-C is a wireless network gateway module designed for addressless fire control panels, specifically compatible with Teletek's MAG series. It connects directly to the addressable control panel via a wired I/O.
This system allows for flexible expansion of the use of addressable fire control panels. Up to 32 NATRON wireless devices can be connected to one gateway module. The Natron Gateway WE-C is equipped with a dipole antenna with SMA connector, an LCD display (16x2 dot matrix) and supports a multilingual menu.
Designed to meet the latest European standards, the Natron series offers the same high level of reliability and safety as standard wired systems, as well as the superior flexibility of wireless technology.
Features and benefits of Natron Gateway WE-C:
- Flexible integration: Seamlessly coexists with wired and wireless detection technologies. Natron devices can be used as a hybrid solution together with standard wired devices or as a fully wireless system
- Easy programming: No special tools, software or PC connection required for programming or commissioning. The Natron WE gateway module has a built-in interface for adding/removing devices and checking signal coverage.
- Wide range: The radio communication range between wireless devices and the gateway module reaches up to 1.5 km in open areas.
- Scalability: Up to 5 wireless access modules per installation and up to 32 wireless devices per expansion module, for a total of 160 wireless devices per system.
- Long battery life: Wireless detectors last up to 10 years and wireless sirens last up to 8 years.
- Bidirectional communication: Provides two communication channels for each wireless device (one for redundancy).
- Applications: Ideal for heritage sites, historic buildings, religious buildings, extensions to existing installations, temporary installations, and hybrid systems.
