The Natron Gateway WE-A is a wireless network gateway module for addressable panels. It is compatible with Teletek addressable fire panels, including the Simpo and IRIS4/8 systems. Natron wireless fire detectors can be integrated with addressable fire panels directly into a loop. Each wireless device is assigned a separate address and can be controlled via the IRIS panel as any other addressable device in the system.
This system is equipped with a built-in isolator and is powered via a loop. Up to 32 NATRON wireless devices can be connected to the gateway module. The Natron Gateway WE-A is equipped with a dipole antenna with SMA connector, an LCD display (16x2 dot matrix) and supports a multilingual menu.
Designed in accordance with the latest European standards, the Natron series offers the same high level of reliability and security as standard wired systems, as well as the superior flexibility of wireless technology.
Features and benefits:
- Flexible integration: Seamlessly coexist with wired and wireless detection technologies. Natron devices can be used as a hybrid solution together with standard wired devices or as a fully wireless system.
- Simple programming: No special tools, software or PC connection required for programming or commissioning. The Natron WE gateway module has a built-in interface for adding/removing devices and checking signal coverage.
- Wide range: The radio communication range between wireless devices and the gateway module is up to 1.5 km in open areas: Up to 5 wireless access modules per installation and up to 32 wireless devices per expansion module, for a total of 160 wireless devices per system
- Long battery life: Wireless detectors last up to 10 years and wireless sirens last up to 8 years.
- Bidirectional communication: Provides two communication channels for each wireless device (one for redundancy): Ideal for cultural heritage sites, historic buildings, religious buildings, extensions to existing installations, temporary installations, and hybrid systems.
